開催概要

東京における、音声・音響・信号処理に関するエンジニア・研究者のためのミートアップです( https://tokyo-bish-bash.connpass.com/ )。San Franciscoで開催されている BISH Bash と連携しています。音声・音響・信号処理に関する各種トークを中心に、エンジニア・研究者・企業を結ぶネットワーキングイベントを年数回開催していくことを予定しています。初回となる今回は，音響シミュレータ・音源分離のPythonライブラリであるPyRoomAcoustics, 音響イベント検出，信号処理システムをプログラムで実現する際に有効な高速化テクニックに関するホットトピックについてトーク頂きます！

15:10	LINE株式会社	Robin Scheibler	Pyroomacoustics: Open source library for audio room simulation and prototyping speech enhancement systems	Speech enhancement is a challenging task that is needed in digital communications and as a pre-processing step for voice recognition systems. Using multiple microphones has long been established as an efficient way of improving speech quality. However, the performance of both traditional and machine learning based algorithms degrades significantly in the presence of reverberation. It is thus crucial to take this into account during the design phase of the system. Pyroomacoustics (http://github.com/LCAV/pyroomacoustics) is a software package aimed at the rapid prototyping and testing of audio array processing algorithms in reverberant conditions. In this presentation, I will present Pyroomacoustics through two examples: blind source separation, and training of a keyword spotter.
15:40	日立製作所	Yohei Kawaguchi and Tatsuya Uratani	Welcome to the World of Acoustic Event Detection and Scene Classification	The technical field of Detection and Classification of Acoustic Scenes and Events (DCASE) is expected to be useful for many applications, and interest in the field is growing. In this session, Kawaguchi will give a brief overview of DCASE. Uratani will then talk about the 7th-place gold-medal solution for a DCASE-related Kaggle competition, Freesound Audio Tagging 2019.
16:10	ヤフー	杉山昭彦	信号処理システムの効率的な実現 – 製品化技術者のテクニック –	信号処理システムをプログラムで実現する際に有効な、高速化テクニックを紹介する。アルゴリズム自体の設計、開発したアルゴリズムにおける性能劣化のない近似演算、演算量最小化のためのコード化、の3点に関して、製品化技術者の使うテクニックを説明する。これらのテクニックは、一般的な信号処理システムに広く適用可能である。
